This policy covers KitchenMax Premium, a $2.99/month subscription sold in the Android app through Google Play. It applies to every charge, past and future.
Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, a subscription bought at a distance can be cancelled within 14 days of the first purchase. We honour that in full: cancel within 14 days of your first charge and you get that charge back, with no fee and no questions asked. A renewal is not a new purchase: once a monthly period has been charged you keep Premium until it ends, and cancelling stops the next charge. Where the law of your country gives you more than this, it applies.
You can cancel anytime in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KitchenMax); the app's Billing screen takes you there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.
Premium purchased in the Android app is billed by Google Play, so refunds are issued by Google back to the payment method you used in Google Play. Within 48 hours of a charge you can ask Google directly through Google Play's refund process. At any time within the 14 days above, contact us from the e-mail address on your account with the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in the receipt Google e-mailed you) and we will have Google refund the charge within 14 days of your request.
We may update this policy from time to time. When a change matters to you, we e-mail the address on your account before or when it takes effect, and the "Last updated" date above changes. Minor wording fixes just update the date.
